Cancel the day before your appointment and a fifty percent fee applies.
Automatic cancellation or no show is charged the full service amount.
Breaking these rules may place you on a block list and future bookings are not possible.

Bring or send your hair to us five days before your appointment.
If hair arrives late we add five euro per day.
Hair that arrives within forty eight hours before your appointment counts as urgent. We add twenty euro if we can still style it on time.
Drop off is from Monday to Friday from nine to sixteen. Hand it to the receptionist and add your name plus your appointment date and time on a note with the hair.

Come with your hair braided. If you need help please book cornrows with your service.
Bring your foundation cap and wedge cap. Missing items add five euro.
For reinstall please make sure your wig is washed and there is no glue on the lace. If we need to wash it on the spot we add twenty euro. You can also book wig washing.

Deposits are not refundable.
A deposit stays valid only if you move your appointment within the same month the deposit was paid.
We do not work on other people their installs. We do not install wigs that were not first set by us and we do not install self installed wigs.
Weekend appointments add ten euro.
VIP spots outside our work hours can be requested when the agenda is full. A fifteen euro fee applies.

Your satisfaction matters. Tell us during your service or within twenty four hours and we will work toward a solution if the issue is on our side.
Tell your stylist about allergies, health issues, or pregnancy. If you feel any discomfort please speak up right away.
We may refuse service in case of unsafe or inappropriate behavior or when health reasons make the service unsuitable.
