Our promise
At Band It Beauty Lounge we aim to provide high quality raw hair extensions and wigs. Because of the hygienic nature of these products we use a strict no refund and no exchange policy, except when an item arrives damaged or defective. Please read this policy before you purchase.
No refunds and no exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds returns or exchanges. Please check your order carefully before checkout.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product please follow these steps:

Contact us within twenty four hours of receiving your package at info@banditbeautylounge.com.

Provide clear photos of the product including the visible damage and the original packaging.

If approved we will offer a replacement or store credit. A refund is only issued in rare cases when a replacement is not available.
Order cancellations

Pre orders You can cancel within twenty four hours of purchase. After that the order is final.

Regular orders Once processing has started we cannot cancel the order.
Wrong address or failed delivery

If a package returns due to an incorrect address the customer pays the extra shipping fee for re delivery.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier if this happens.
