In stock orders are processed within two to three business days from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. When your order ships you receive a tracking number by email.
Pre orders need about two weeks to process before shipping. Once ready your order ships with the method selected at checkout.

Netherlands standard shipping 2–3 business days · €11,25

European Union standard shipping 4–7 business days · From €15,95

Outside the European Union standard shipping 4–7 business days · From €19,95

International outside EU standard shipping 7–14 business days · From €25,55

Free standard shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €850.

For pre orders the shipping time starts after processing when the order is ready to dispatch.

When your order ships you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier website to follow your package.

Pre orders If your order has both in stock and pre order items we ship everything together when the pre order is ready. If you want in stock items sooner please place separate orders.
Lost or stolen packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Incorrect addresses Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address due to customer error.
International orders Customers outside the Netherlands may need to pay customs duties and taxes on delivery. These fees vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs.
